RENTON, Wash., March 4, 2018 — Lightel® Announces MPO Adapter-less Front-End and Ferrule Holder
Lightel has developed an MPO front-end for its popular DI-1000 and CI-1100 series fiber optic connector end face inspection scopes which allows the user to inspect MPO male connectors without the need for a connector adapter. The precision tolerance of this front-end creates a tight fit for the MPO male connector resulting in a more stable view for inspection. In addition, we offer a companion MPO ferrule holder which enables technicians to inspect the MPO ferrule without the connector housing. Available in both PC and APC versions, the front-end works with our existing MPO tips and with our DI-1000MPO+ probe.
